We Don't Sell Nails - We Sell An Experience
Most nail products (especially gels, acrylics, acrygel and polygel, and some glues) contain acrylate, monomers, methacrylates and other chemicals that can trigger contact dermatitis or more serious reactions. These allergies can develop over time, even if you have used the same product for months or years without issues. Symptoms may produce itchy, red or blistered skin around the nails (especially side walls or cuticles), peeling skin on fingers or palms, burning or heat sensation during curing and watery eyes. These are not just irritants; they can become chronic allergic reactions if exposure continues. At Nail'd.It! we do ask you are diabetic, take any serious medications that we need to be aware of or have had an adverse reaction to nail products.
We proudly support local sourcing by partnering with trusted suppliers. Behind your manicure or pedicure, you can rest assured that your products have not been tested on animals and are cruelty-free. Additionally, they are free from formaldehyde, toluene, dibutyl phthalate, formaldehyde resin, camphor, ethyl tosylamide, xylene, and triphenyl phosphate.

WE TRAVEL
OUR POLICY GUARANTEE
We offer a 5-day guarantee on our Gel/Shellac Manicures. Should your manicure chip within this time frame.
We will fix it free of charge.
APPOINTMENTS/WALK-INS
We highly recommend appointments for your convenience, as we are unable to accommodate walk-ins at this time.
LATE/NO SHOW
Please note that we allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are running late, please contact us to
reschedule; otherwise, your appointment will be cancelled. If you are a no-show we will require a 50% deposit on
your next nail appointment.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available for purchase in-store or online on our booking page. The perfect gift for that special someone!
Products We Use
We proudly use a premium range of professional nail products, including Kiara Sky, DND, CND Shellac, CND Sculpting Builder Gel, Bio Seaweed Gel, Bio Seaweed Dip, OPI Gel, Footlogix and more.
All of our products are locally sourced, enabling us to support local suppliers while maintaining sustainability and ensuring exceptional quality. Our commitment to using trusted high-performance brands means every service we deliver is safe, reliable and long-lasting.
Product Compatibility
We use localized products from the same brand so that they are formulated to work together. This ensures better adhesion between layers (base coat, colour, top coat), it reduces the risk of lifting, peeling or chipping and provides more predictable results with curing times and performance.
Chemical Harmony
Different unknown brands may use different chemical formulations. Mixing them can cause inhibition layers that don't cure properly (which could cause an allergic reaction), colour distortion or fading and weak structure or early breakdown of the service. Ask what is going on with your nails!
Curing Consistency
Gel and hybrid systems (like builder gel or soft gel) are calibrated for specific UV/LED light settings, and exact curing using products from the same line helps ensure proper curing and durability.
Warranty & Safety Assurance
Many brands only guarantee their results when their full system is used. If an issue occurs and products are mixed, the manufacturer won't be liable. You're outside of safe use protocols recommended by the brand.
Finish and Wear Longevity
When used together, a full system delivers a smooth, even finish, longer-lasting shine or matte effect, stronger resistance to wear and staining.
